Tara "knows her stuff"! Tara and I have been training together for more than 3 years. I have had a number of health issues (one of which was a hip replacement) during that period and we kept training. Tara would simply adjust my program to make it work. She would incorporate my physio needs with my training so that I could continue my workouts and continue working on becoming stronger and more fit. Tara introduced me the the TRX system which I truly enjoy. My workouts are varied and stimulating. Tara's ability to adjust my program to my needs, her positive attitude towards fitness and her sense of fun has kept me engaged in fitness and being more fit. Tara listens to your concerns about your body and helps you find a fitness solution!

Tara is an amazing personal trainer! She carefully plans workouts that help me achieve my goals. She challenges me to get stronger and fitter while keeping in mind my limitations. Tara has been my personal and amazing trainer for over a year. She is always punctual and well prepared, arriving with a smile and great attitude to get moving. Good morning Tara, I just thought I would take a minute to let you know that our workout routines are making a real difference in my life. We started out so slowly a month or so ago and I found it very easy to do the workouts. I find the workouts easy to do because of the variety that you have incorporated into the program. It's a new experience for me to look forward to my workouts. At no point have I had any pain or discomfort and I am seeing continuous improvement in my balance, and my ability to do every day simple activities like climbing stairs and getting into and out of the bathtub. It is not an overstatement to say that I have my body back and with it my life has become so much more fulfilling. Thank you.

I love Tara's water aerobic classes! I am not into heavy huffs and puffs so Tara designed a class to build up my strength using a series of exercises with noodles and weights in deep and shallow water. After just one summer of classes, I built up strength in my arms and legs and stood taller. Tara pre-plans each class for me, jumps into the water to demonstrate moves, all with skill and good humour! I wish the summer pool season was longer!
